Welcome to La Siesta Unit 112! This quiet 2-bedroom 2- full bath end unit is located on the ground floor of the complex with a direct walk out access to all Siesta Key Beach amenities. We are the closest complex to the Sunset Pavilion, children's playground, and snack bar! Easily accessible to Siesta Key Village with free trolley access outside your door!
This unit is renovated with modern beach décor and clean tile flooring throughout. The main living area features an open concept from kitchen to walk out enclosed lanai overlooking Siesta Key Beach Park.
Fully equipped kitchen with all expected appliances including range/oven, coffee maker, margarita making blender, etc. Eat in dining to accommodate 6.
Living room features flat screen cable television with DVD player, stereo equipment, and whole home private Wi-Fi access. Cozy seating including a queen size sleeper sofa.
Both bedrooms are equipped with televisions and DVD players. The master bedroom features a king bed and private en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features two twin beds.
La Siesta is a welcoming complex with private community pool and clubhouse. Amenities available to you include a workout room, recreation room with leisure activities, barbeque grilling area, and shuffleboard courts.
We are eager for you to come and enjoy the beautiful white powder of Siesta Key quartz sand beach….
