Enjoy your escape to Siesta Key in the bright and clean Unit 401. This top floor, end unit has an open floor plan with a lanai that faces the gulf. After a long day at the beach, dine on the lanai or sip your favorite beverage while people-watching and gazing at the sunset. Inside 401 you will find a large, open kitchen that will satisfy everyone, from those who want to chef during vacation, to those who simply want to make a good cup of coffee or blend drinks. The location of this condo is its best feature. It literally overlooks the entrance to the famous Siesta Key Beach. People from all over the area converge on this location---because it’s the bomb! While families circle the parking lot over and over, your beach experience will start with packing your little beach wagon--that we provide--with your beach chairs--that we provide--and crossing the street. In a few steps, you enter the hub of the beach. On your left is a snack bar. Grab an adult slushy before stepping onto the powdery, white sand and heading out to the beautiful blue/green waters. While there are other condos up and down the coast, if safety is important to you, you will value the fact that this area of the public beach is guarded. And all Siesta Key sand is not equal. This location is known for its sand. Lastly, bring your tennis racquets because the free, public courts are also within walking distance!

Do your homework on the timing of your vacation because there are events on the beach such as volleyball tournaments, fireworks, concerts, seafood festivals, sand sculpting competitions, Drum Circle, and more. And again, while others fight for a parking spot, you can simply walk a few steps to join the action. In addition to the action on the beach, Siesta Key Village and downtown Sarasota have their own amazing vibe. Although you get a designated covered parking spot, if you like to travel without renting a car, it is possible with this location. Restaurants are within walking distance or accessible through the local free shuttle service and the shuttle to Siesta Key Village also conveniently stops right in front of this unit! These days, even groceries can be delivered! And if you like to travel light, you will appreciate that bath towels, sheets, kitchen tea towels, and even beach towels are provided. On-site laundry can make flying with only carry-on an option for light packers.
