Spacious 2 Bedroom unit with balcony, with all the conveniences of home and a fully stocked kitchen; Really comfortable mattress in king bedded master bedroom.
Great convenience to have the electronic key lock to enter the unit instead of having to tote (or lose) a physical key to the condo door….
…. just walk across the street to access the Siesta Key main beach, park, playground, and beach concessions with food and beverages for kids and adults.
The free SK Trolley stops at your front door as well. Or, enjoy a 20 minute stroll to the village for dining, shopping, and groceries. The trolley stops right in front of Morton’s grocery store for your return home with groceries.
The property is well maintained—conveniences of an elevator in each building with luggage carts and grocery carts at each end of the corridor. There’s a coin operated W/D on all 4 floors, except the ground floor. The main office keeps a surplus of rolled quarters for purchase.
There’s a covered grill area on the 2 opposite ends of the parking lots that have a covered, assigned parking spot for each unit.
There’s a small air conditioned gym with 3 cardio options, fan, and TV.
The pool was always clean and kept at the perfect temperature.
